HANÁK quatro 150
Height and width raster of 150 mm x 150 mm.
The main competitive advantage of this concept is the increased height of the worktop, which has a positive effect on work comfort in the kitchen and also on the health of those who work in it.
An auxiliary but significant factor is the regularity of the multiples of 15 x 15, 30, 45, 60, 75, 90, which gives interior designers a magnificent tool for their work, which passes from the kitchen to the dining room, living room and into the bedroom.
WHY DESIRE quatro 150 and why is the 3 cm increase in kitchen height so important?
Although this seems unbelievable, the average height of women in the Czech Republic has increased in the last 100 years by an unbelievable 15 cm to the current 168 cm. This fact has also led to the idea to adapt = increase the kitchen height from the initial 72 cm (still used by competitors to date) to the current 75 cm and, in the ELITE category, to 78 cm.
The most fundamental advantages of the HANÁK quatro 150 are:
- The best height and width system, which HANÁK NÁBYTEK was the first to start using in the Czech Republic
- Optimum worktopheight – no more backache!
- More internal space in the bottom cabinets
- Connection to parametric production
The height raster 15 cm x 5 = 75 cm allows a more comfortable worktop height compared to other manufacturers’ customs to date, while retaining the ideal skirting board height of 10 cm for kitchen furniture, which maintains our safety standard for open toe space.
A well-planned kitchen will save you many steps around the room. Planning the zones will provide you with a sensible arrangement of the five most important work areas.
|One-row kitchen||Two-row kitchen||Kitchen with cooking island|
|G-shaped kitchen||L-shaped kitchen||U-shaped kitchen|
Pay attention to the correct arrangement of cupboards and drawers according to what you do in the kitchen. Then everything will be within reach.
This kitchen zone is used for storing both typical intermediate products for daily consumption (milk products, pastries, vegetables, etc.), as well as durable foods (rice, pasta, legumes, preserved foods, etc.).
This kitchen zone is designated for storing kitchen utensils, glass and cutlery.
In this “wet” zone next to the sink and dishwasher, there is also a dish drainer, space for waste bins and cleaning agents.
This zone belongs to the main work area of the kitchen. This is where most preparatory works are done as well as the cooking itself. There is also space for cooking utensils, kitchen appliances and spice jars.
Cooking / Baking
This kitchen zone is where we find the stove top, oven, microwave, extractor hood, sauce pans, frying pans, lids, cooking utensils and baking trays.
Levels of storing
In general, frequently used food items and utensils should be stored in readily accessible drawer trays directly under the worktop and in the first level of the upper cupboards. Less frequently used items are placed over or under this level.
Rarely used items are stored at the highest level of the upper cabinets and the lowest level of the lower cabinets. This arrangement will also save you time during everyday work in the kitchen.
