Show Home in a Premium Design

For the upcoming Nová Myslivna project in Brno, we designed a show home that embodies a comprehensive vision of modern urban living, emphasizing aesthetics, functionality, and everyday comfort. The space features a harmonious combination of warm Mocca and Champagne tones, complemented by premium veneers, marble textures, and iconic design elements that together create a calm yet distinctly defined interior character.

The most striking feature of the design is the open layout of the kitchen, dining room, and living room. The focal point is the COMFORT/MIAMI series, where smooth surfaces blend with vertically milled dark veneer in American Brown Oak and a striking countertop with dramatic marble veining. The kitchen island flows into a dining area featuring a generous JS48 table and NORMAN designer chairs. The light upholstery of the chairs complements the overall color scheme and visually lightens the composition.

The relaxation area of the living room features iconic elements of comfort—the textured POLYGON sofa, velvety MIDI armchairs with a footstool, and subtle KS18 side tables. The overall atmosphere is complemented by the LINE furniture set with subtle LED backlighting.

The SPACE and MILLENIUM doors are an unobtrusive yet important part of the interior. Thanks to their unified design, they blend seamlessly with the surrounding surfaces, preserving the clean lines of the architecture and emphasizing the minimalist concept of the space.

The bedroom is designed in the style of a five-star hotel suite. The focal point is a bed with a tufted headboard, behind which the designer wall paneling stands out. The overall impression is completed by KS18 nightstands and designer glass lighting fixtures. Through an elegant sliding glass door, the bedroom opens onto a spacious, backlit walk-in closet that offers a well-thought-out storage solution.

The interior’s cohesive style extends into the hallway and bathroom through LINE furniture. The Champagne-colored hallway cabinet blends seamlessly with the wall, while the Mocca Star gloss bathroom cabinet complements the luxurious marble tiles with black accents. This creates a unified material and color concept that flows naturally throughout the entire apartment.
